Beginner Guide

Renovate A House Beginner Guide

Your first renovation follows a simple loop: remove outdoor clutter, clean dirty surfaces, repaint the house, and reinvest your earnings into better tools. Complete each stage in order to unlock the next renovation objective faster.

1

Inspect the Property

Walk around the house and spot every cleanup area before spending a single coin. Leaves, dirt, and unfinished corners are all early earnings waiting to be collected.

2

Clear the Yard

Remove leaves and outdoor clutter first. Yard cleanup is the fastest way to collect your first coins and open the next renovation stage.

3

Powerwash the Dirty Surfaces

Equip the pressure washer and sweep dirty floors, paths, and exterior walls until every stain is gone and the cleaning task completes.

4

Paint the Walls

Switch to the paint tool and cover every highlighted wall section. Check corners, edges, and narrow strips for missed spots before moving on.

5

Reinvest Your Earnings

Spend your coins on the tool you use most, then take on the next property with faster equipment and a shorter completion time.

Quick Tips

  • Finish outdoor cleanup before starting indoor tasks.
  • Powerwash in long, steady passes to cover more surface per second.
  • Upgrade the Pressure Washer first — cleaning is the most repeated task on every map.
  • In co-op, split cleaning and painting between players to finish houses faster.
Upgrade Strategy

Renovate A House Tool Upgrade Guide

Tool upgrades are most valuable when they improve the task you perform most often. Invest in equipment that directly reduces cleaning time first, then pick up finishing tools as larger properties demand more paint work.

Spending Guidance

  • Upgrade the tool you use most before buying anything situational.
  • Cleaning upgrades pay for themselves fastest on every map.
  • Leave finishing tools for after your cleaning loop feels fast.
Gameplay Walkthrough

Renovate A House Gameplay Walkthrough

Renovation tasks are easiest to complete in a clear order. Finish outdoor cleanup first, wash the dirty surfaces thoroughly, then paint the remaining walls and sweep the property for missed objectives.

Stage 1

Clear Leaves and Outdoor Clutter

Goal: Remove all visible debris around the property.

Do this: Walk the whole yard and clear every leaf pile and clutter spot you find.

The outdoor objective advances once no debris is left anywhere on the lot.

Stage 2

Wash the Dirty Surfaces

Goal: Clean floors, paths, and dirty exterior walls.

Do this: Equip the pressure washer and sweep each dirty patch until the stain disappears.

The cleaning objective completes when every marked surface is spotless.

Stage 3

Inspect the House Exterior

Goal: Find missed areas before painting.

Do this: Circle the house and check corners, entrances, and wall bases for leftover dirt.

All cleaning tasks register as complete and the next stage unlocks.

Stage 4

Paint the Walls

Goal: Apply the requested finish to every wall section.

Do this: Cover all highlighted surfaces with the paint tool, including small edge areas.

The painting objective completes after the last wall section is covered.

Stage 5

Finish and Collect

Goal: Confirm the house is fully renovated.

Do this: Do a final sweep for leftover leaves, stains, or unpainted walls, then claim your earnings.

The house is marked renovated and the full reward is paid out.

Money Farming

Renovate A House Money Farming Guide

The most reliable way to earn coins is to complete renovation objectives in a consistent order. Work through cleaning, washing, and finishing without idle time — and in multiplayer, split the task types so several parts of the house progress at once.

Early-phase income

Cleaning Tasks

Work room to room in one route and finish every available cleaning action before moving on.

Keep moving forward instead of backtracking to areas you already cleared.

Mid-phase income

Washing Tasks

Group washing objectives by room or floor and clear them together in one pass.

In co-op, assign one player to washing while another keeps cleaning.

Completion-stage income

Painting and Finishing

Finish the remaining objectives in one planned pass with the same tool equipped.

Plan the final route so teammates never block access to unfinished areas.

Steady solo income

Solo Farming Route

Start with the nearest objective, clear each room systematically, then handle washing and painting as they unlock.

Prioritize objectives that sit close together and skip long detours for single tasks.

Parallel team income

Multiplayer Farming Route

Split the house into zones or task categories and keep every player active at all times.

Call out finished rooms so nobody repeats the same objective twice.

Tool Rankings

Renovate A House Tool Tier List

Tool value depends on the task in front of you and the distance between objectives. Broad-use tools that shorten repeated actions carry full-house runs, while specialized tools shine on maps full of matching tasks.

Co-op Strategy

Renovate A House Co-op Guide

Co-op efficiency comes from keeping every player active while avoiding duplicated work. Divide the house into zones or assign players by task type, and use short callouts to keep the route clear from first cleanup to final coat of paint.

Cleaner

Handle general cleanup and open the next areas of the house.

Team rule: Announce cleared rooms so teammates can move straight to washing or painting.

Washer

Complete washing and deep-cleaning objectives as they unlock.

Team rule: Stay near the cleaner's current zone and never take an already-claimed objective.

Finisher

Handle painting and the remaining end-stage objectives.

Team rule: Wait for prep to finish, then clear final tasks in a route with minimal backtracking.

Zone Split

Give each player a separate room, floor, or section of the house.

Team rule: Stay inside your zone unless a teammate asks for help or the area is fully done.

Communication

Keep the whole team synced from start to finish.

Team rule: Call out cleared rooms, newly opened objectives, and every tool change.

Speedrun

Renovate A House Speedrun Guide

A strong speedrun optimizes total completion time, not the order that feels natural. Plan a route before starting, prioritize objectives that unlock more work, and keep every player on a separate task whenever possible.
